Dairy and meat production in the Sayan district was punished for violation of sanitary standards

The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory punished manufacturers of dairy products and semi -finished products of the Sayansky district for violation of sanitary rules and technical regulations. This was told in the press service of the department.
At the end of 2024, specialists visited LLC “Agin Milk” and an enterprise of a local businessman. It turned out that employees did not undergo medical examinations and hygienic training before admission to work. In the manufacture of dairy products, technological processes were violated, disinsection was not carried out.
In the production facilities, the walls and floor were damaged. There was no complete product information on the packaging.
The prosecutor's office introduced to the producers the submission demanding to eliminate the violation. They were brought to administrative responsibility for violation of sanitary rules (part 1 of article 6.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation) and the requirements of the technical regulations (part 1 of article 14.43 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). They are scheduled for fines.
After the intervention of the supervisory authority, entrepreneurs put orders of production. Now their goods meet safety requirements.
