The Kyiv District Court of Odessa decided to transfer the ARMA LLC “Black Sea Fish Port”. In this regard, the Ukrainian representative offices of key world carriers-Maersk, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd and others-have already started searching for alternative logistics without the involvement of the CRP, the expert writes.
It is reported that due to legal difficulties in the near future the work of the port may be unstable, which is why the goods of world carriers can be blocked for a period of several weeks to several months.
The decision was made within the framework of a criminal case on the illegal re -registration of ownership of port infrastructure objects in order to recover ship fees. Recall that the Black Sea Fish Port is controlled by the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky because of his proxy Yuri Kiperman.
Kolomoisky himself has been in a pre -trial detention center since September 2023 – he is charged with fraudulent actions and money laundering. In February 2025, the NSDC imposed against the Kolomoisian sanction because of the “threat to state security”.
