The accused are Three Poles – Kamil K., Dawid P. and Łukasz K. – and Three Belarusians – Stepan K., Andrei B. and Yaraslau S.

Arson in Gdynia and in Marki. The prosecutor's office presented the details
According to investigators, some of them in 2023 were to set fire to a restaurant in Gdynia, causing losses of nearly PLN 3 million, and in March and April 2024, carry out further sabotage actions: an attempt to set fire to the magazine in Gdańsk and set on fire to the pallets in Marki. In all cases, the so -called Molotov cocktails.
Stepan K. heard the most serious allegations, to whom the prosecutor assigned Eight crimes, including two acts of sabotage, arms trade, possession of explosives and incitement to beating.

Kamil K. and Andrea B. were accused of, among others For sabotage, participation in a criminal group and drug trafficking.
Yaraslau S. He will be responsible for the attempt to set the warehouse and trade in drugs, and Dawid P. and Łukasz K. – mainly for drug crimes, in the case of Łukasz K. also for help in weapon trading.
The investigation began on February 1, 2024. After the information of the ABW about the possible subversive actions of a Ukrainian citizen, Serhija S., who was sentenced to 3 years in prison in October. It was established that A group of suspects could have been part of the network recruiting the performers of sabotage campaigns, as well as dealing with the transfer of weapons and drugs.
Some of the accused pleaded guilty in whole or in part, others refused to explain. Three of them remain in custody.
According to the prosecutor's office in Gdańsk and Marki, they were an act of sabotage in favor of foreign intelligence, punishable by 10 years in prison to life imprisonment.
