Residents of the whole city were legally banned from hurting

The mayor of Italian Belcastro issued a decree that requires local residents to “avoid infection with any diseases that require medical care, especially emergency.”
About 1300 people live in Belcastro, half of them are elderly people. There is a medical center in the city, but it is often closed, and the attendants do not work on weekends, holidays and at night on working days.
The nearest emergency room is 45 kilometers.
Thus, the mayor wanted to emphasize the insufficient volume of resources in the field of healthcare, separately noting that the decree should be treated “with the share of irony”.
