Police officers establish the circumstances of the accident in the Kezhemsky municipal district.
It was previously established that on the eve of the day in Kodinsk at an unregulated pedestrian crossing on Gainulin Street, the 51-year-old driver of the ISUZU ELF truck hit a 69-year-old woman who crossed the road.
“As a result of the accident, the victim with severe injuries is hospitalized. The driver who hit a pedestrian was sober, ”the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the region said.
On the fact of causing, as a result of an accident of grievous bodily harm to the health of the victim of the Investigative Police Department, a criminal case was opened under Part 1 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code. The truck driver threatens up to 3 years in prison.
