Russians installed a toilet on the road instead of a hatch
In the Primorsky Artyom, local residents were tired that the road of the sewer is all the time on the roadway. The authorities did not solve the problem, so unknown citizens took the matter into their own hands and established an “art object”.
The administration was justified that the hatch was repeatedly restored, but someone regularly stole the covers.
