The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the cassation complaint of Murapol from the judgment on the decision of the PFSA regarding punishment

The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the cassation complaint of Murapol from the judgment of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of 2021 dismissing the Company's complaint against the KNF decision, under which two administrative penalties were imposed on the company in a total amount of PLN 9.14 million – Murapol said in a message.

The penalties were paid by the company in full in March 2021 (PAP Biznes)
