In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the head of the bus enterprise was convicted of a bribe by the inspector of the technical supervision of the traffic police. This was reported in the prosecutor's office.

It all started in 2022, when the mechanic in the company of his entrepreneur father actually took control of the fleet. Instead of repairing buses with cracks on glasses, a faulty heating salon and missing anti -stitches, he decided to go to the trick and contacted the senior inspector of the technical supervision of the traffic police of Krasnoyarsk.

“The scheme was simple: the inspector reported in advance where and when would be a specific bus inspection. The technical expert, who received the “indication from above,” simply did not bring the identified defects to the diagnostic card, ”the press service of the supervisory authority said.

From 2022 to 2024, 15 buses regularly received “linden” documents on technical serviceability. During this time, the man transferred 429 thousand rubles to the inspector.

Everything was revealed when law enforcement officers started the audit. The defendant, understanding the inevitability of punishment, decided to cooperate with the investigation. He fully pleaded guilty, concluded a pre -trial agreement and declassified the entire corruption scheme.

The court found the man guilty of giving a bribe to the official (paragraph “b” of part 4 of article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced to a fine of 2.4 million rubles. The amount of the bribe is also confiscated from the defendant.
