Residents of the collapsed emergency house in Astrakhan sold their apartments five times cheaper than the market-to help out at least some money and not stay with nothing. Last year, two odnushki went literally for nothing – for 750k and for 1 million.
In the 1962 house, there were 24 apartments. Already in 2024, the locals complained that the building was in extremely poor condition-the basement was constantly flooded, the foundation of the donkey. The wear of the building back in 2019 was 79%.
Rescuers evacuated 15 people. They complete the audit of apartments in neighboring entrances.
