This morning, two cars rammed fences and flew into the river at once: in Moscow and in St. Petersburg
In the northern capital, about 5:00 Range Rover rammed the fence at great speed and flew into the water on the Fontanka embankment. Two men and the woman were able to get out of the passenger compartment themselves – they were hospitalized with frostbite. According to eyewitnesses, the victims were drunk.
In Moscow, at about 6:00, Chevrolet Tahoe flew to the Moscow River in the Nagatinskaya embankment area. There were five people in the cabin – they were alive, rescuers took them out of the water. The car was raised by a crane. According to eyewitnesses, all passengers had signs of strong intoxication.
