SGK in Krasnoyarsk will open a new “single window” for submitting documents for connecting to heat

Since August 1, 2025, at the Siberian General Company Customer Service Center at ul. Republics, 37 will be able to submit documents for connecting capital construction objects to the heat supply system of Krasnoyarsk. Previously, such a service was provided only in the office on the street. Malakhovskaya, 5.

The republics, 37 will be able to submit documents and receive qualified consultations on all issues related to both the technological accession of new and the heat supply of existing objects. SGK specialists will work on the principle of a “single window”.

In the new window of the Customer Service Center, it will be possible to conclude a new agreement on connecting to heat, make changes to the existing or sign an additional agreement. Here they will also issue an act of accession to heating networks.

“We strive to make the process of connecting to heat networks as convenient for our customers. The opening of a new service in the service center in the Republic of 37 makes the service more affordable and simple, taking into account logistics – the center on Malakhovskaya, 5 will continue its work, ”said Denis Skurygin, deputy director of the development of thermal business of the Yenisei TGK (unit of the SGK in the Yenisei Siberia region).

In 2025, in Krasnoyarsk, SGK plans to connect 129 new objects with a total load of almost 62 Gcal/h, including two schools and two kindergartens on the right and left shores of Krasnoyarsk. For this, the company will build and repair 54 km of pipelines in the capital of the region. Comfort in the provision of service services is another step towards improving the quality of heat supply.
