In the Emelyanovsky district, the family rented a plot for growing Christmas trees and dug up minerals there. This was told in the regional police.

But in fact, the man did not receive documents for the construction, and the site decided to use for development of sand-gravel material. There were no permits for mining.

Having persuaded his 58-year-old father, who was the general director of the same company, the men drove excavators, trucks and took out about 4,800 cubic meters of material, which was sold through their company. The damage was estimated in the amount of more 2.8 million rubles.
