The former director of the municipal budgetary institution of additional education “Sports School”, but the village of Solnechnaya, Krasnoyarsk Territory, will be judged on charges of large fraud and assignment of cash payments of workers.
The investigation found that in the period from 2021 to 2025, the defendant, using his official position, systematically overstated the amount of stimulating payments to his subordinates, taking part of himself. At the same time, he convinced the employees that the money would be used for the needs of the institution, but actually disposed of it at his discretion.
In addition, in the period from 2021 to 2024, the director gave individual subordinates to the implementation of incomplete work in the combined positions of instructors in sports. He also appropriated the money intended to pay for actually unfulfilled work.
“As a result of unlawful actions, more than 1 million rubles were stolen by the defendant. In order to ensure the verdict of the court, it was seized on his property, including two cars, ”the SK said.
Currently, the investigation of the criminal case has been completed, it was sent to the prosecutor to approve the indictment and subsequent transfer to the court for consideration on the merits.
