The Regional Prosecutor in Szczecin gave the Gorzów prosecutor the order to present to Robert Bąkiewicz an allegation of insulting the Border Guard officers and the Military Gendarmerie at the Polish -German border in Słubice – Przemysław Nowak spokesman Prosecutor Prosewis said on Monday.

– The political decision of the prosecutor's office has no grounds in the facts. Today, the government of Donald Tusk and the prosecutor's office cannot find the actual reasons for me to stop and to neutralize my socio-political activities. He will probably stop me, making such funny accusations – commented Bąkiewicz for PAP.
