Nixey in an interview with Channel24 emphasized that Putin did not change radically either after the Munich speech in 2007 or after the war in Georgia in 2008.
Expert: This is not “Putin's War”

He also denied the opinions cited by the journalist that this is “Putin's war”. – The Russian society itself believes that Russia has the right to be an empire – he emphasized.
