A weather warning has just entered into force in Bucharest. Attention in the following hours

ANM has issued a weather warning for Bucharest for the next few hours.
Between July 28, at 10 – 28, 22, the municipality of Bucharest will be subject to a message of weather warning orange code targeting a persistent heat wave, heat and accentuated thermal discomfort and tropical night.
Starting on Monday, 10.00 am until Tuesday, in Bucharest, the heat wave will diminish in intensity, however there will be heat and high thermal discomfort, with temperature-humidity index (UTI) over the critical threshold of 80 units. The maximum temperature will be around 37 degrees, and the minimum one will be 19 … 20 degrees. The sky will be variable day, but at night there will be periods with accentuated renewals, torrential showers (8 … 10 l/sqm, isolated over 15 l/sqm), electric shocks, wind intensifications (gusts generally 50 … 60 km/h) and hail.
Subsequently, until Tuesday evening, around 10 pm, the weather will be generally unstable, and the thermal values will decrease compared to the previous days. The sky will be variable, with temporary clouds accentuated especially during the day when there will be periods with showers, electric shocks and short -term intensifications. The maximum temperature will be around 30 degrees.
