In Krasnoyarsk, a teenager on a motorcycle presented by his parents provoked an accident from Autoledia

In the Sverdlovsk district of Krasnoyarsk, a 17-year-old boy crashed into a car on a motorcycle, as a result of the injury, both drivers received.

As they said in the traffic police, everything happened on July 24 in the evening: “A schoolboy who does not have the right to manage, decided to ride on his motorcycle of the“ attack ”brand that his parents gave him. Moving along Cementnikov Street, he did not provide an advantage in moving the Honda car and allowed a collision with him. ”

The young violator was in a motorcycle, but without protective equipment. As a result of the accident, he was injured and was hospitalized. At the wheel of a car was a woman – with minor injuries, she was taken to an emergency room.

In relation to the parents of the minor, the case was opened under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for transferring a vehicle to a person who has no rights. In addition, the issue of holding them accountable for improper performance of their duties on education under Art. 5.35 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
