The youth of the Volna plant began preparations for the upcoming anniversary of the enterprise at the All -Russian forum Tim Biryusa

The team of LLC Combine Volna (subsidiary of JSC KhK Sibets) took part in the Small Cup “We Professionals” of the All -Russian Youth Forum Tim Biryusa.

The atmosphere, which reigned on the shore of the Krasnoyarsk reservoir, where the forum site was located according to tradition, predisposed to the exchange of better practices. The territory of initiative youth was visited by 550 specialists from 51 regions of Russia – representatives of 33 organizations.

In order to increase competencies, the event was visited by ten activists of the youth council of the Volna plant, which will celebrate the 75th anniversary next year.

Employees of the enterprise showed a high interest in a shift program, focused on resolving professional growth issues and creating initiatives for the development of youth policy in a corporate environment. They participated in various master classes, strategic sessions and round tables, where they adopted the experience of experts in the field of career growth, mentoring, psychology and personnel management.

An important part of the educational forum was sports and cultural events. The Wave team took prizes in badminton and table tennis tournaments, football and bast shoes. In addition, young specialists of the enterprise performed at the concert “80 minutes of Victory” in honor of the main anniversary date in 2025. In memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, the representatives of the plant produced a poem written by the chairman of the Youth Council of the Wave Alexander Fitisenko. The lines are devoted to designers, builders of the plant and its first workers – those who stood at the origins of the creation of an enterprise, strategically significant for the whole country in the post -war period.

“I am coming to the forum for the second year in a row. This time, a small cup of corporations with a very saturated program took place for the first time, ”says Alexander Gargalo, a leading specialist in social work of Social Work LLC. -For the rest of the shift participants, we held a Quiz dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, and the musical lotto, and also presented the entertainment formats of activity used by us, in particular the floor version of the technological game, “walks”, which allows you to easily study the stages of production of chrysotile-cement products, and playing with multi-colored jars of production of “waves” is an analogue The Soviet “logic”, where one participant makes a certain color combination, and the second – tries to reproduce this series with the least number of attempts. ”

Representatives of the plant also familiarized themselves with the ideas and developments of their colleagues from other organizations.
