It considered various directions of the life of the microdistrict: the development of social infrastructure, repair of emergency facilities, a road network, and improvement. The participants were the heads of the sectoral departments, the head of the Soviet district, deputies of the Krasnoyarsk city council Lyudmila Ilyin and Maxim Savchenko, residents.
“Sunny microdistrict is one of the most dynamically developing. Its population is constantly increasing, today more than 85 thousand people live here. For the integrated development of the territory, at least one billion rubles have been allocated over the past three years, investment projects have been implemented. With significant support of the region, work is carried out in various areas: the creation of social facilities, repair and construction of roads, improvement of courtyards and public spaces. It is important not to reduce the typed pace, comprehensively create comfortable living conditions here, to constantly verify our plans and their implementation with residents, ”said Alexei Shuvalov.
So, the head of the city noted that monitoring of retaining walls is one of the important tasks. Due to the complex landscape in the microdistrict, there are more than 60 of them, and only 20 are in the municipal territory. At the same time, roads are systematically repaired in the microdistrict. Now work is on two areas of solar boulevard of the totalwith a grip of 1.44 km. Here, on -board stones are locally changed, then they will lay new asphalt. They plan to finish in late August or early September.
“As a resident of the microdistrict, I see how much it has changed in recent years. It ceases to be a forgotten outskirts, becomes comfortable and convenient for life. The work is carried out in all areas – from improvement to social infrastructure. Now we are still waiting for the emergence of a new dubler road, which will connect the northern with sunny and will become an alternative to the Yenisei tract. This facility is built with the support of the governor, ”said Lyudmila Ilyin, Chairman of the Public Council of the Solnechny microdistrict, deputy of the City Council.
At the meeting, the topic problematic for the microdistrict did not bypass – frequent power outages. Last year, a reserve line was built here. Thanks to this, the situation was stabilized, but point problems still remain. Nevertheless, the power engineers have already developed a plan for the development of the Solnechny energy system, which is now being assigned.
Deputy Maxim Savchenko noted that the main difficulty lies in a large number of private networks: “Many of them are not properly contained, but are not transferred to the balance. We are working on the transfer of these lines to “Rossetami” to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity, ”he emphasized.
Much attention is paid to the construction of social institutions. Over the past five years alone, four kindergartens and two schools, the Center for Sports Martial Arts have appeared in Solnechny, created the largest Sunny Polyana park in Krasnoyarsk.
With the support of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Mikhail Kotyukov, warm locker rooms at the Rotor stadium and an indoor football arena were built for young athletes. 350 children will be involved in a sports school. Residents of the microdistrict will be able to visit all objects freely and for free.
“Such a football playpen of 36 by 65 meters, perhaps the only one in Siberia that belongs to the school and is open to everyone. As a director, I want the guys to get the opportunity to engage in absolutely free and all year round, ”said Alexander Gutsik, director of the SSR of Dawn.
Now the stadium is equipped with tracks and a checkpoint. In full force, the arena will work from the first of September.
