Meeting between four eyes of Russian and Ukrainian leaders of delegations from Istanbul negotiations

The heads of the Ukrainian and Russian delegations, Rustem Humorov and Vladimir Medinski, had a Tete-Ete-Tetal meeting on Wednesday, before the third round of peace negotiations in order to conclude the Ukraine, interface reports, Agerpres reports.
In May, Ukraine and Russia have begun direct discussions for the first time in the last three years. So far, negotiations have led to a large -scale exchange of war prisoners, with soldiers under 25 years old and seriously injured.
The Russian delegation is again led by the presidential counselor and former Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinski, while the Ukrainian team is made up of 14 members and is led by the former Minister of Defense Rustem Humorov, meanwhile of the National Security and Defense Council.
Putin's negotiators left for Istanbul for peace discussions
The Ukrainian negotiation team also includes the adviser of the head of the Presidential Administration Oleksandr Bevz, the deputy chief of the General Staff of the Naval Forces Oleksandr Diakov and the first deputy of the Foreign Minister Kisliţa.
The discussions were scheduled to start at 19:00, which coincides with Moscow and Kiev time, at the Ciragan Palace in Istanbul.
