In total, from the beginning of the season, the region has officially registered 13,521 ticks affected by the attack. “Of these, 268 fell ill with tick -borne infections: 135 viral encephalitis, 118 Borreliosis, and 14 Siberian tick -borne typhus, 1, with erlichiosis – 1, ”said Rospotrebnadzor.
