Interpipe Victor Pinchuk I got Award as the best employer in the category “Best Case Reintegration of Veterans” according to the magazine “Top 100. Ratings of the largest ”and portal Delo.ua.
Interpipe created a full patronage service. This unit accompanies military personnel from mobilization to return to work.
Interpipe patronage service provides fighters with medicines, ammunition, helps with treatment, legal and psychological issues, adaptation and employment.
Of the 9500 Interpipe employees, 1070 are now in service, and 189 veterans have already returned to the company.
Interpipe believes that reintegration should be started before demobilization – this is what guarantees a successful return.
