Dmitry Portnyagina lifted the debt for non -payment of 40.6 million rubles of taxes. The total amount in his case: 124 million rubles.
Now a criminal has been opened against Portnyagin about tax failure and laundering of money, a preventive measure: the ban on certain actions. Since September 2023, the blogger sued the IFTS of the Naro-Fominsk near Moscow. He pointed out that he closed the bulk of the debt in August 2022. Now the court sided with it.
So, the blogger paid 63 million rubles himself, another 40.6 – challenged.
In April, Dmitry was detained in his zone. The investigation believed that the transformer together with his wife divided the business into different individual entrepreneurs/companies to reduce the amount of taxes. In October, Portnagina was released from house arrest. He stated that he gave the state all 124 million rubles.
