The employer will not have to post information about the remuneration in the recruitment announcement – informs Rzeczpospolita in the Friday issue.

According to the newspaper, this is the result of the amendment to the Labor Code, which has just been published in the Journal of Laws and will enter into force at the end of 2025.
“Rzeczpospolita” points out that the hopes of employees were associated with it. They hoped that they would be able to read about the approximate amount of salary in a given position in the job offer. Employees were also to gain the right to information on their level of remuneration and average wage levels (broken into sex) in a group of people performing the same work or obligations of the same value.
“From noisy announcements, only a provision ordering the employer to inform about the offered earnings at any stage of the recruitment process – at the latest before establishing an employment relationship” – says “Rzeczpospolita”. (PAP)
