The second medal for Romania at Samorin's junior CE »Robert Badea won the silver at 200 m mixed

The third day of the European Junior Championships brought for Romania a silver medal, a four and three qualifications in the Friday's finals.

The silver medal was conquered by Robert Badea in the 200 m mixed test with a time of 2: 00.59, being surpassed by Mikhail Shcherabakov (1:59, 04), the 17 -year -old Russian that has evolved under neutral flag. The Romanian was the second after all four procedures, butterfly, back, bras and car. The bronze medal was conquered by the Greek Isaon Routoulas (2: 01,18).
Robert Badea had won the gold medal last year in this test. He will also evolve in the 400 m mixed test, where the European champion is also a test, a test that will take place on Friday. He will also swim in the 400 m free.
Close to the podium at 1500 m
Andrei Proca (17 years old) was present in the final from 1500 meters, finishing the race in the fourth position with a time of 15:11, 77, being detached by the Turk Kuzey Tuncelli (14: 45,05), the German Johanss Liebmann (14:53, 15) and the Spanish Cristobas Vargas Trujillo (15: 11.34).
Also, in the Thursday evening session, Aissia Prisecariu qualified in the final of the 200 m rear test, Daria Asaftei in the last act at 200 m Bras, as did Darius Coman. The struggles for medals will take place on Friday night.
Daria Silișteanu brought the first medal on Wednesday for Romania to the Samorin competition, climbing on the third step of the podium 50 m back.
At the previous edition of the EC junior, Romania won seven distinctions, four gold, two silver and one bronze.
The Samorin competition is a test for the junior in Romania, they will end the summer in Otopeni, where the World Junior Championships will take place between August 19-24.
