A friend of the ino -agent Yevgeny Ponasenkov Ramis Zaripov was sentenced to a year of restriction of freedom and a fine of 512k for a fight in the center of Moscow, during which the man hit his head and later died. Zaripov does not plead guilty and calls his actions self -defense.
The comrade Maestro Ramis Zaripov opened a case under the article “Causing death by negligence.” Last year, he walked along Arbat along with Ponasenkov, a stranger stuck to them. Zaripov pushed the man – from the blow he fell and hit his head, he was taken to the hospital. Doctors fought for a month for the life of 55-year-old Oleg Dibrov, but could not help, he died. According to Ponasenkov, the passerby was drunk and insulted them in every possible way.
