The Department of Urban Planning of Krasnoyarsk requires to demolish buildings on Kachinskaya Street, as they are unauthorized.

Recall that the deputy of the City Council Semen Sendersky spoke about the construction of a large bath complex on the shore of Kachi at the end of the spring of this year. After attracting attention to this topic, specialists of the department of municipal property and land relations for conducting control measures and clarifying the characteristics of objects went to the place. Based on the results, the Department of Urban Planning was sent a notification of identification of unauthorized buildings.

“For these buildings, foundation are screw piles on which floor ceiling is installed. Therefore, the complex of objects can be considered capital, ”explained Sergei Shikunov, head of the department of urban planning. – I also note that the developer did not apply to the Department of Urban Planning for permission before the construction of this commercial complex. Although commercial objects in order to ensure the safety of future visitors should be built if there is a whole package of documents, so that the design calculations are taken into account by safety and environmental indicators. We have no doubt that this is a commercial object, since the relevant information is indicated by the developer on advertising banners. ”

It is reported that the city hall lawyers have already appealed to the Arbitration Court with a request to oblige the entrepreneur at his own expense to dismantle illegal objects. The first meeting is scheduled for August 19.
