In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the municipal deputy lost its powers due to the fact that he violated anti-corruption legislation. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.
According to the supervisory authority, the deputy of the Irbean District Council of Deputies did not provide the governor with information about his income for 2024 and did not notify the head of the region about the absence of transactions. A similar duty was not fulfilled by him in relation to his wife.
At the same time, the family owned a land plot and a house in the Krasnodar Territory, as well as a foreign car.
“Due to the non-compliance with the civil servants of anti-corruption legislation, the prosecutor's office introduced a submission to the chairman of the Irbey District Council of Deputies with a request to consider violations at the sessions of the Council of Deputies,” the prosecutor's office explained.
The “People’s Chosenian” himself ignored the meeting of the representative body, he did not give explanations about non -compliance with the law on countering corruption.
After the intervention of the supervisory authority, the deputies agreed with the prosecutor and voted for the early termination of the powers of a colleague-commander.
