The employees of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station, pupils of kindergartens, students of the Center for Continuing Education and Schools of the city of Kodinsk took part in the All -Russian charity environmental campaign “Obravy”.

Volunteers of different generations for the first time put in order the place of rest on the shore of the Angara, which was popular among the townspeople, collecting more than 20 bags of household garbage. The participants of the action were supported by the general director of Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station, Vladislav Kobyakov and representatives of the city administration of Kodinsk.

“It is possible to create and maintain a comfortable environment in our city only by the joint efforts of all citizens. To educate in the younger generation a love of native nature, respect for others and the habit of joint work – this is the task of our environmental initiatives. I thank everyone who supported us and joined the action! ” – noted the General Director of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station Vladislav Kobyakov.

The territory adjacent to one of the bays of the Boguchansky reservoir is very popular in summer days among residents of the city. The participants in the action tidied it up, competently competing in who will collect the most garbage, make the most interesting find, will make the original “art object” from improvised materials. After the completion of the “compulsory environmental program”, fascinating contests and quests were waiting for volunteers.

In the nomination “Clean Beach”, the Ecobum team won, the most unusual jury recognized the find of the Ecological Troops team, and “steep peppers” defeated the creative competition. For the first time, a fascinating environmental relay race and incendiary dance marathon took place, the winners of which were the “Girls” team. On the eve of the action on social networks, a competition of historical photographs was held that captured the “protect” past years, Sofya Mayova won in it. Maxim was the best ranger – he found a “message” hidden on the shore, addressed to young ecologists.

To increase the safety and comfort of vacationers, the administration of the city of Kodinsk at the expense of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station will acquire the equipment of the medical and rescue service. On the shore of the reservoir, the modular building will be installed and connected to energy supply, rescuers will receive a boat with a motor. The building is mounted on the building, and a shadow canopy will be installed next to it. The joint efforts of energy and city authorities will create conditions for citizens that meet the requirements of the Ministry of Emergencies and other departments.

“Oblings” is a federal charity volunteer project, which started in 2005. The project is aimed at cleaning the adjacent territories of rivers and water bodies from household garbage, landscaping beaches and embankments, including planting flowers and trees with the participation of corporate volunteers of RusHydro, representatives of municipalities, media activists, orphanages, schoolchildren, university students and secondary schools, environmentally oriented, environmentally oriented. children's organizations. Over the years, more than 50 thousand volunteers gathered about 2.5 thousand tons of garbage, carried out the improvement of beaches and embankments, and planted thousands of trees.
