The choir of the Sretensky Monastery, with the support of Rosneft, presented in the cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory a new concert program dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Concerts were held in Krasnoyarsk, Achinsk and Dudinka.
Concert production along with the musical program includes lively real stories about the fate of heroes – men and women from different regions who have passed a complex and thorny military path from Moscow to Berlin. These stories, told by the soloists of the choir of the Sretensky Monastery, intertwining with the music and poetry of wartime, combine the past and present, uniting the historical memory of the past with the life of modern man.
Famous songs “At the Nameless Height”, “Katyusha”, “Take the Overbow”, “Smuckle”, “Dark Night”, “Cranes”, “Victory Day” and many others will sound on the stage. The author of the idea of the project and director, director of the choir of the Sretensky monastery, composer Fedor Stepanov.
The cooperation of Rosneft and the choir of the Sretensky monastery began in 2012.
