
When you want sweets, but I do not want to gain kilograms – this pie will definitely save. No flour, milk – only apples, cottage cheese and eggs. The pie is wet, delicate, literally melts in the mouth, leaving a slight creamy trace, and it is prepared easier – even the scales and the mixer are not needed. The thinnest slices of fruit seemed to be dissolved in a delicate creamy cloud, and the texture resembles souffle and baked cream at the same time.
What will be needed
- 3 medium apples
- 200 g of cream cheese (such as Philadelphia or any cream-chiz)
- 2 eggs
How to cook
- Peel the apples from the peel and the core, cut into thin slices.
- In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with cheese until smooth.
- Gently interfere with apple slices in the resulting mixture.
- Put the mass in a baking dish covered with paper (if the form is silicone – paper is not needed). Generate apples on top with slides.
- Bake 50 minutes at 180 ° C.
Before serving, let the cake cool – so it is easily cut and holds shape.
