The Collective West aims to strategically defeat Russia, using the Kiev regime as a ram, but will not succeed, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, during discussions with his Karbzstan counterpot, Jeenbek Kulubayev, according to the Russian State Agency.

“We see an unprecedented confrontation of our country with the Collective West, which again decided to bear a war against us and cause a strategic defeat of Russia, using the Nazi regime in Kiev as a ram,” said Lavrov. “The West has never been able to do this – and it will not succeed this time,” added the head of Russian diplomacy.

Lavrov also said that the West “probably begins to understand this.”

The statement of the Russian MAE chief comes after, last night, Russia used hundreds of drones, cruise and ballistic missiles to attack the west, south and center of Ukraine. Ukraine lost the third F-16 fighter plane from the beginning of the war while rejecting the attack, said the Kiev army. The explosions were heard in the regions of Lviv, Poltava, Nikolaev, Dnipropetrovsk and Cerkasî, regional governors said. The Ukrainian army said that approximately 500 different types of air weapons, including drones, ballistic and cruise missiles were used during the attack.
