Protests organized since November broke out after 15 people died in the railway station in the New Sad, and another died in the hospital as a result of the wounds. During the protests, in which students took over the guiding role in December, citizens demand that the authorities take responsibility for the death of 16 people, the democratization of the system and strengthening the state institutions.
