I would like to talk to the Lord about migration. In the newspaper “The New York Times” appeared recently an essay entitled “I was in Dubai And I saw the future. “However, it was not about modern infrastructure and technologies, but rather about the idea of society and migration, because in the United Arab Emirates much more migrants from around the world live than the indigenous people [na ok. 11 mln mieszkańców ok. 88 proc. to migranci, wielu z nich pochodzi z Indii, Pakistanu i Egiptu]. What is the philosophy of migration of the United Arab Emirates?
Emirates have become a place that people from around the world strive for. This applies especially to qualified employees with special talents and skills, such as programmers, chefs, teachers and doctors who attract the unique possibilities offered by Emirates. We are home to over 200 nationalities that live, work, study and travel in an integration and open society.
The combination of economic possibilities, cultural diversity, security and social freedom makes the United Arab Emirates a unique place to build a career and life. Our country has become one of the safest and most desirable places that can be called home.

In Germany, discussions about the festive Ramadan lighting are back [ramadan to święty dla muzułmanów miesiąc postu] in city centers, which is very critically perceived especially by conservative circles. However, in Dubai for a long time Ramadan, Christmas and Hindu holiday Diwali They are celebrated without problems and in public.
We perceive ourselves as a model of tolerance and integration, mutual understanding and respect for cultural differences. The peaceful coexistence of the community is of key importance here. We keep our traditions, but at the same time we openly accept the customs and contribution of immigrants, thus creating a dynamic and integration society. Unlike some global challenges resulting from extremism and polarization, Zea's experience shows that the path to the future leads through dialogue, tolerance and mutual respect of all nations.
In 2023 in Dubai it will take place global climate conference. Do you irritate that Emirates are sometimes perceived only as a state based on fossil fuels, although there are huge changes in the field of renewable energy?
The climate conference has shown that you can fight climate change and at the same time ensure energy supply. In the Emirates we do it using a mixture of natural gas, nuclear energy and solar energy. ZAAs have always seen climate protection as a chance to find practical solutions of a global problem, and at the same time to diversify our economy. The neutral economy for the climate can create knowledge, skills and workplaces for future generations. This includes, for example, a financial share in the Baltic Eagle wind farm off the coast of Germany.
Talking to the inhabitants of the Emirates or neighboring Saudi Arabia, it can be seen that they look to the future much more optimistic than the inhabitants of Europe. Do you think, where does this come from?
This optimism results from a deeply rooted national vision, which is future -oriented and sustainable progress. Programs such as “Vision 2030” are an expression of our long -term commitment to building a safe and prosperous future for everyone, especially for young people and future generations. Our approach focuses on overcoming today's challenges, and at the same time creating the basics of permanent stability and growth.

What priorities have marked Emirates in the field of public expenditure?
One of our main goals in the United Arab Emirates is the continuous improvement of the quality of life of our citizens, for example in areas such as health, education and housing. According to this goal, we invest significant funds in infrastructure, promotion of the economy (using advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence) and research and development initiatives.
In 2023, the Emirates joined the group of countries BRICSwhich includes Russia and China. At the same time, you maintain good relations with Europe and the United States. How do you perceive the global role of ZAA?
As a dynamic, future -oriented partner, who builds bridges between various economies and cultures, striving for permanent prosperity.
As a member of the BRICS Group, the United Arab Emirates represent the collective strength of emerging and developing countries, seeking for common purposes, such as prosperity and sustainable development. This membership complements the wider foreign policy of the United Arab Emirates, which recognizes the constructive dialogue and cultural multilateral as basic pillars of peace, security and global development.
Thanks to the geographical location as an important gate between East and West, the United Arab Emirates are a reliable global trade, investment and innovation center. The strategic location of our country and its various partnerships provide us with unprecedented access to regional and international markets and strengthen our role as an important economic player on the international arena. We want to support mutual progress and stability in an increasingly globalized world.
After more than two years in Berlin: Like the Lord and the United Arab Emirates, you perceive Germanyhow do you assess the current state of this country?
Germany is a significant economic power, they have world -class enterprises and solid institutions with considerable potential. The United Arab Emirates and Germany cooperate very well in many sectors, whether in the economy, technology, innovations or culture. We want to expand this cooperation even more in the future.
