If it was the case, the last days have proven us, once again, that we are a special, specially sick country, with small chances of recovery if those who lead it do not wake the hell at once!

At the beginning of the month, a president of the Western Juteean Council, from Timisoara, once the symbol of the revolt against a system that led us to the Groap of Europe, initiated a draft law. Just because “Poli”, wandering through the 3rd League, can recover to the public money from the City Hall, from the Timiș County Council, and to revive thus, to re-start the anonymity, from forgetfulness.

This project, which means an even greater waste of public, national or local money, does not matter, that it is, in my opinion, inconceivable in these troubled times, when Romania has reached a deficit of almost 10% of GDP. We are told that it will be kept under control. But today, when I went to the pump, diesel was 7.44 from 7.07, about two or three weeks ago.

On the stew, the project has passed by the Senate and, once it reached the debate phase at the Sports Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, it breaks publicly. Reactions, the world caught fire, “ready, the star games are made, to gain the right of promotion.”

A madness caused by the modification of Article 27 of the Sport Law which stipulates that “two or more administrative-territorial and/or public institutions have the right to associate, according to art. 21, paragraph 2 'forming a sports club of private law, with legal personality”.

The first time, if you think so, quickly, you want to read again. And again. Because it's the night of the mind. What do you mean, from public money you do a private thing? And it's not a thing that keeps the national security. No, everything is just that, to get even more public money in professional sport. Even the Competition Council said it's ok.

At the Chamber of Deputies, Gold wanted to add even more, so that teams like Steaua or CS Dinamo could promote just as they are, without the need for another association. Strange, I don't know how, it didn't get closer.

At least one amendment was introduced, that the salaries of the professionals can only be covered up to the limit of 6,000 euros. Bunnnn.

After all this comedy of errors and horrors, the end of which was postponed by even the poiliticians, today, in the Parliament plenary, probably scared of what he sparked, by the reactions of the press but also of most opinions on the subject, the public Alfred Simonis, who explains that the purpose of this project was only to help “Poli”.

That he discussed with the colleagues in Parliament, that the project can return to the Chambers again, that it can be modified, again! That the world misunderstood the term “public institutions” by associating it with ministries, etc. So a law that had one step to be adopted by the Parliament, passed, unclearly, through the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies as through cheese.

Where the elected officials signed as the mayors. Yes, that those mayors who will have a free hand to spend the public money without any countries to prove what countries are compared to those in the neighboring counties or with whom they had these bets made at a chemeter. That so far they were afraid of the Court of Accounts, which do not apply the UNOForm law. Well, with that he escapes, they will not be afraid of nothing!

And now that the initiator says that things are not clear, let's go back, think, we change. The ones I voted did not catch. And now we do as in childhood, “Come to the ants with ants, baths here, it is not here!”. With the law !!!

You can't believe that is possible. You say we are in a perpetual delirium. We play the law on the money and the destiny of Romania. It says even Alfred Simonis in an interview that “is the night of the mind. No county can be beaten with the defense misistter budget.”

How the hell, it was about to vote. And attention, without any maximum threshold, that is, to establish a percentage of 5% or 10% that can be allocated to professional sport from the budgets of the territorial administrative units. No, it is free, as needed, as much as we need to be above X, or not to relegate, like Y, “to satisfy some of their leaders,” as someone said.

Speaking with several football, or sports people, I deduced that I put the wagon in the face of diseases. Not about opening the tap of public money in performance more. Things can be done quite differently.

It would have been more normal to change the law of sponsorship, to encourage the big companies to invest in professional sport. And the state to invest in mass sport, which means simultaneously health, education. And then, if you can not really be without the public money, that you see the professional sport, at least in the new project to amend the Sport Law, there can be a brake, that anomalies can not be repaired somewhere.

I do not know if Timișoara and Timișul solved even all problems, if people are satisfied and have remained so much money that they can afford to play professional football. Even though he didn't even kiss his “poles”. It is clear that the supporters want this, the ediles the same, but you really finished everything to do there?! I have not heard of problems or street protests because it is only the team is still in the 3rd League. And everything can be long in all counties.

But in the way in which the political class works (under) this contempt for resources and so fewer, for which we must all pay, more or less, we will surely take Romania beyond the 5th world. On the peaks of the abyss. I hope, I really hope to cheat. But as things are going, it is more and more obvious that we are the biggest enemies. Stop the delirium!
