The therapist and a member of the Union of Rehabilitologists of Russia Elena Shuraeva called 7 products that will help to avoid cancer.

According to her, cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, arugula) should be added to the diet. They accelerate the withdrawal of carcinogens and apoptosis of damaged cells. Tomatoes and tomato paste will also be useful. They contain lycopine, which is a powerful antioxidant and protects the body cells from the harmful effects of free radicals.

Onions and garlic will be useful, since they have an enzyme that activates prkancerogen and launches apoptosis. You can also drink green tea regularly. Studies have shown that three or more cups per day lead to a decrease in the risk of stomach cancer in women by 20 %.

“The regular presence of cabbage, tomatoes, garlic, berries, fish and whole cereals creates a biochemical environment, less friendly carcinogenesis in the body. This is not a “vaccine”, but one of the most affordable means of long-term protection, ”Elena Shuraeva told the North-Press.

Berries should be added to the diet. For example, blueberries, raspberries and cranberries block the vascular tumor growth and improve DNA reparation. In addition, fatty fish, whole cereals and legumes will be useful.
