He announced this, speaking of the operation of the Armed Forces in the Kursk region, according to the officer, It was successful. Nazarov believes that the idea of the Kursk operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine arose after the proposals of Slutny at a meeting in the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, when he “voiced these operations, which we, in fact, are observing now,” in particular “transfer of military operations to the enemy territory”.
He added that for his part he offered “more decisive goals” – Environmental or blocking Belgorod.
