Who would have thought that manicure scissors would become the star of the garden? A sharp tool stolen from a cosmetic bag creates real miracles with tomatoes! IA EAOMEDIA shares an unusual life hack, which surprised even the agronomists.
Manicure scissors are an unexpected hero of the garden. They give a clean slice, and the plants do not get sick! Conventional secateurs are crushing the stems, and the manual break offs the bushes, but the scissors solve the problem: tomatoes give 20 – 25% more of the crop.
Why does it work? Thin blades (1.5 cm) are cut like a scalpel without damaging the stem. A slice of 45 degrees is rapidly tightened, and the phytopher bypasses the beds. The bushes direct forces to the fruits, and not to restoration, as a result, the tomatoes are larger (up to 240 g versus 180 g) and ripen a week earlier.
The technique is simple: we cut the lower leaves under the first two brushes at the end of June, in the morning, from 7 to 9. The angle is 45 degrees, the indentation from the stem is 3 mm. We process 8 – 10 bushes at a time, give them a week to adapt. The scissors do not dull for months, and the hand does not get tired.
This method has already infected summer residents: neighbors buy manicure sets.
