Iran answers the USA: The attack will have “eternal consequences”

The US attack on Iranian nuclear facilities is outrageous and will have “eternal consequences” – said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Iran Abbas Aragczi on Sunday. He added that Iran reserves all options for answering an American attack.

“The United States, a permanent member of the UN Security Council, have committed a serious violation of the United Nations Card, international law and the nuclear system (NPT), attacking peaceful Iran nuclear installations” – wrote Aragczi in the post on the platform X. He called the American attack outrage and added that he will have “eternal consequences.”

“According to the United Nations card and its provisions allowing a justified response in self -defense Iran reserves all options for defending his sovereignty, interests and nation” – he announced.

On Friday, the head of Iranian diplomacy took part in negotiations with the ministers of foreign affairs of several European countries in Geneva. He also suggested that Iran would not talk to the US until Israel stopped attacks against his country. On Saturday he was in Istanbul to convince diplomats from the countries of the Islamic Cooperation Organization and the Arab League to support Iran in the face of Israeli strikes.

Huti: The answer is only a matter of time

Proiranian rebels Huti from Yemen threatened that their response to an American attack on Iran's nuclear objects is “only a matter of time” – said Reuters on Sunday, citing the statement of a militia representative.

Earlier, the rebels announced that they would resume attacks on American ships in the Red Sea if the administration of US President Donald Trump joins the Israeli military campaign against Iran.

Reuters reminded that the Yemeni militia conducts regular attacks on sea routes and Israel in a gesture of Solidarity with Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. In May, the Huti agreed to suspend their arms with the United States, stating that it does not apply to attacks for Israeli purposes.

Iran counterattacks
