DTEK received UAH 3 billion for the construction of large energy storage systems.
The company has agreed with three Ukrainian banks – Oschadbank, PUMB and Ukrgasbank on financing the project for a record 3 billion UAH.
This is the first loan of this scale for the construction of energy accumulation systems in Ukraine.
There will be 6 energy drives with a total capacity of 200 MW. This system will be one of the largest in Eastern Europe.
