Marina B. announced the initiation of a criminal case against the prosecutor of the Republic of Grigory Avakyan after her appeal to the Prosecutor General. The woman’s lawyer told Mash that on November 1, the head of the Security Council of the Republican Prosecutor's Office of Lev Misikov, a criminal case was opened under the article “Obviament of justice and the production of a preliminary investigation”.
But the next day, according to lawyer Alan Kokayev, the Prosecutor General’s Office canceled the decision to initiate the case. Last week, Marina offered a new position – to become a driver of her colleagues. They explained by the fact that a wave of abbreviations is supposedly at work.
