Work on the reconstruction of the government is starting. Tusk: Let no one sleep peacefully

For now, we do not talk about personal details, but let no one sleep peacefully – said Prime Minister Donald Tusk on the reconstruction of the government on Friday. He added that the element of the new government structure would be “komasying”, because – as he added – for example, he wants to talk to one minister and not five.

Asked at a press conference about the government's reconstruction announced in July and the possible total of ministries, the Prime Minister said that the element of the government's structure he prepared is also a combination and as an example he gave the energy area.

“I do not know why responsibility for the individual elements of this biggest challenge for various ministries, agencies was distributed during PiS rule. I would like, and this is just an example that what is a priority challenge for Poland was in one hand that there is clear responsibility and agency. I want to talk about energy with only one minister, not five arguing” – said Tusk. “We will numb like where it has logical justification,” he added.

By reserving that he wants to be “honest and at the same time delicate” the head of government said that the reconstruction and the resulting personnel changes, this is not on his part “an indication: this evil, he failed, and that did not work out”. “Only this will be the result of the new government structure agreed together with the coalition partners, which is to give a chance for a much greater impetus and efficiency of action,” said Tusk.

“For now, we are not talking about personal details, but I can say with full conviction and I hope that I will not touch anyone or offend – let no one sleep calmly” – added the prime minister asked about individual ministers, which the reconstruction may cover.

He also noted that for him “the most important thing is to prepare the entire coalition for the adoption of a new model of governance, much more efficient than the resulting raised government, and such very representative for all parties, but here today it is not about that the parties have satisfaction, but that this government is as efficient as possible.”

When asked about the relationship with coalition partners, he replied that he was “delighted with relations with co -aluicians.”

“I know what the difficulties of every coalition government are everywhere in the world, so the fact that coalitionians tolerate my temperament and the fact that I try to enforce and implement my concepts as the prime minister of the government is already a lot, very much” – said Tusk.

The prime minister was also asked if it provides for friction in the government because the coalition Polish2050 has a project regarding recruitment criteria for management positions in state -owned companies (the so -called anti -quota act), and the ministry of state assets is another proposal.

Tusk said that he would not enter “a dispute about one or another act”. He added that the campaign is over, and the next one in two years and appealed to take advantage of the opportunity, “so as not to push from the opposition and inside the coalition.”

At the same time, he announced that he would propose a radical change when it comes to the resolution of state -owned companies. ” “But I will not let any games in this matter. Everyone who knows me from the first day, when I was the prime minister in 2007, knows that I have obsessed when it comes to nepotism or kostycja, obsession, that I will never let such a philosophy that we are arranging our own, she won in the government,” he said.

“I am not always effective, thousands of decisions, thousands of officials and various motivations, but everywhere where the prime minister is able to pour his nose, I react immediately and in a very brutal way when I see nepotism or kostania” – added Tusk.
