As the daily reminds, on April 25, PiS MP Dariusz Matecki came out of the detention center in Radom after his family was paid a deposit of half a million zlotys. “He went behind the grilles in connection with the investigations regarding irregularities in Justice fund and allegedly fictitious employment in State Forestsand in the time of arrest he did not receive a deputy's salary and diet, i.e. a total of a month 17.7 thousand PLN gross ” – indicates” Rz “.

According to the journal This is not the end of financial consequences for Matecki – The next one is related to the property declaration on time. As we read, it expired on April 30, on the same day as the deadline for submitting an annual tax return.

Rzeczpospolita indicates that the PiS MP was arrested in March for two months, so according to the original plan of the prosecutor's office, he should leave the prison after the deadline to submit a property declaration. “I did not have some documents from the Sejm, about the amounts that I should enter in the statement. I submitted a document as soon as I collected the information I needed,” explains Matecki in an interview with the journal.

“Rz” asked MP Jarosław Urbaniak, chairman of the regulatory committee, parliamentary and immunity. “The property declaration can be made from January 1, and MP Matecki knew that he was threatened with arrest, so before he started he should fulfill his parliamentary duties,” he said.
