The Bridge is a unique project connecting the ultra -modern skyscraper with the historical building of the former “Bellon” Publishing House from the 1950s. The glazed block of a 42-story office building with a height of 174 m dominates over the European Square, while the historic Belona building has gained a new life while maintaining its original character.
The reputable Dutch studio UNSTUDIO and the Polish-Belgian Studio of Architecture Projekt were responsible for the project. The skyscraper catches the eye with a glass block, reminiscent of a cut diamond, contrasting with the traditional Belona architecture with characteristic bonovations, cornices and a brick facade.
Impressive interiors and advanced technologies
Particular attention is paid to the monumental main hall connecting both buildings, the height of which reaches 18 m. The interior is decorated with precious materials – wood, gray marble and colored concrete in massand the representative character is emphasized by powerful V -shaped pillars and wide stairs leading to the mezzanine.
The renovated historic Hol of Belona impresses with the classic style with a colonnade, stucco and stone floors and a labTER. A symbolic accent is the restored authentic printing machine – a souvenir of former military graphic plants.
The highest ecological and technological standards

Thanks to advanced intelligent and ecological energy management systems and materials used, such as low -emission concrete, we create not only comfortable, aesthetic and functional space, but also environmentally friendly – he emphasizes.
The building can already boast of prestigious SmartScore and Wiredscore certificates at a maximum, platinum level. The next certificates in accordance with WELL, BREEAM, Green Building Standard, DGNB and an object without barriers are being prepared.
Innovative solutions for users
According to the ambitious ESG strategy, The Bridge will be fully energetically neutral and powered in 100 percent. pure energy. It is equipped with an innovative Bems energy consumption management system, which monitors and optimizes the building's energy parameters on an ongoing basis.
The complex offers over 54,000 sq m of office space – nearly 49,000 sq m in a skyscraper and over 5000 sq m in Bellon. The tenants have at their disposal an underground parking lot for 282 cars and 164 bikes as well as full infrastructure for cyclists, including a unique bicycle winch directly from the Netherlands.
The new face of the European Square
Along with the completion of construction, the part of the European Square began, which will return in the new installment. Work is underway to build a fountain and lay new granite floors. A public pocket park with trees and resting places is also created in front of the skyscraper.
The opening of the park and the recreated European Square is planned in the fourth quarter of this year, in parallel with the introduction of the first tenants to The Bridge.
