The head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory was Major General of the police Alexander Solovyov. The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, police general Vladimir Kolokoltsev presented the new head to the personnel.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia noted that Alexander Soloviev, as well as the newly appointed leaders of the headquarters in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Chuvash Republic, has great practical experience, knows the specifics of the work “on Earth” in details, and understands how to build it correctly. He will have to delve into the situation in the entrusted territory as soon as possible and competently organize the activities of personnel.
The new head of the police of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was born in Volgograd. In 2002 he graduated from the Volgograd Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a degree in jurisprudence, and in 2015 the Russian Academy of National Economy and the Presidential Service of the Russian Federation with a degree in state and municipal administration.
In December 1995, with the post of policeman of the patrol service service, in December 1995, began a service in the internal affairs bodies. From September 1999 to 2017, he held various operational and senior positions in the divisions of the criminal police and other services of the internal affairs bodies. In March 2017, he headed the Drug Control Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Volgograd Region.
From 2021 to 2022 he was the Minister of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Altai. From 2022 to 2025 he was the deputy chief of the Main Directorate of Operational Response of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
Recall that the last head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexander Rechitsky served 8 years and left the post at the end of April 2025. He was transferred to the Rostov region.
