Grupa Azoty has a new president. The state giant will be managed by Andrzej Skolmowski

The Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty adopted a resolution on the election of Andrzej Skolmowski as the president of the company's management board – the group informed in a communiqué.

“The task for the management board is primarily to reach an agreement with financing institutions and regain long -term financial stability and operating restructuring of the entire capital group, which will ensure the profitability of business activities and development in new areas,” said Andrzej Skolmowski, president of Grupa Azoty, quoted in the announcement.

Andrzej Skolmowski has so far been the Vice President of the Management Board, and from May 12, 2025 he was the president until the president was appointed as a result of the initiated qualification procedure. (PAP Biznes)
