Former PNL president Valeriu Stoica told Digi24 that he is “probably” for PSD to accept Ilie Bolojan as prime minister, but the Social Democrats will request important functions. On the other hand, Stoica estimated that a possible opposition to the Social Democrats risks bringing the PSD as a “minor party”.
“Probably they will eventually accept being Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, but the price they will ask for this concession will be very high, in the sense that they will want to have very important positions in the economic area, and in the area, to say, to build the state,” said Valeriu Stoica.
The Liberal believes that the other variant that social democrats have, namely the entry into the opposition, brings very high risks for the PSD.
