Til Eichar and Union will launch a single HR platform for the selection and motivation of staff

The service for the motivation of TIL EICHAR employees (product of the Yuztekh Group of Companies) and a platform for the automation of the Union recruitment (Vendor Nota, IT Holding T1) announced strategic partnership at the Conference “Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” (CIPR-2025).

The companies agreed to combine their decisions to create a comprehensive HR extract, which will cover the entire staff selection cycle.

As a result of cooperation, the Union and Til Eichar will appear a single digital space with separate functions of recruitment, onboarding, adaptation, motivation and retention of employees. It is planned that a comprehensive solution will remove the load from the HR departments and internal IT department, reduce the implementation time and increase return on investments in HR technology. Players' partnership will allow customers to receive a decision ready for mutual integration, which will unfold “turnkey”.
