Artist Mirabela Dauer was heard at DNA after receiving an eternity place in the Ghencea Cemetery from General Cătălin Zisu, the former commander of the MApN logistical command.

Zisu is suspected by the DNA prosecutors that he instigated Alexandru Nedelcu, the former commander of the unit who managed the Ghence III Military Cemetery, to approve the concession of burial places, for 49 years, to persons who did not meet the legal conditions. These are relatives or persons close to Cătălin Zisu, who would have benefited from the assignment of burial places with the non -observance of the legal provisions. And one of these people would be Mirabela Dauer, 77 years old.

General Cătălin Zisu is being prosecuted in a new file opened by DNA, for inciting abuse in service in continuous form.
He is accused of “having determined the suspect Gl.Bg. Nedelcu Alexandru, as commander of UM 02210 Bucharest (unit that manages the Ghence III Military Cemetery), to approve illegally the conclusion of the concession contracts of the burial places with anticipation for a period of 49 years for five (5) persons (5) persons, for three persons, False mentions that show that the respective persons have the quality of military personnel/contract personnel within the M.Ap.N”, DNA said on Thursday, in a press release.
