These are relatives or persons close to Cătălin Zisu, who would have benefited from the assignment of burial places with the non -observance of the legal provisions. And one of these people would be Mirabela Dauer, 77 years old.
“I wanted a place for ever, not for me, but for those who loved me to have a flower. I am shocked and grieved”, Said artist Mirabela Dauer, about DNA citation.
General Cătălin Zisu is being prosecuted in a new file opened by DNA, for inciting abuse in service in continuous form.
He is accused of “having determined the suspect Gl.Bg. Nedelcu Alexandru, as commander of UM 02210 Bucharest (unit that manages the Ghence III Military Cemetery), to approve illegally the conclusion of the concession contracts of the burial places with anticipation for a period of 49 years for five (5) persons (5) persons, for three persons, False mentions that show that the respective persons have the quality of military personnel/contract personnel within the M.Ap.N”, DNA said on Thursday, in a press release.
Thus Alexandru Nedelcu, at the instigation of General Zisu, with the complicity of the members of the analysis commission, would have approved the concession of burial places to people who did not meet the legal conditionsin this way being affected “the legitimate interests of the M.Ap.N. to ensure the correctness of the concession and attribution of the burial places, on the one hand, thus creating an undue use for the five (5) persons, relatives or persons close to the suspect Gl.”, The quoted source also mentions.
