On a loaded railway move in a suburb of Krasnoyarsk, drivers reminded the rules of safe crossing of ways

On June 5, on the International Security Day at railway crossings, Krasn organized the action “Sign of attention!” At the move to Zykovo – he is one of the most intense traffic in the Krasnoyarsk section of the Trans -Siberian Railway.

Every day, about 180 trains and up to 10 thousand cars pass through this crossing located in the suburbs of Krasnoyarsk, while violations of traffic rules are often recorded.

In order to remind drivers the rules of travel through the paths, the railway workers installed a special large warning road sign “Railway crossing without a barrier”. Its dimensions are 3 by 3 meters, and it is visible to the road users even from afar.

The purpose of the action is to remind motorists about the need for strict compliance with traffic rules when crossing railway crossings. It is the attention of drivers to the signs and signals of the traffic light and strict observance of the rules that will allow them to preserve not only their own lives, but also the life of their passengers, driver and passengers of trains.

During the stopping of cars on the traffic light prohibiting signal, the promoters reminded motorists that it was impossible to take risks at crossings: almost all accidents at the intersection of road and railways take place while trying to slip before the train to the prohibiting signal.

All motorists were awarded special memos and notebooks with rules.

It should be noted that throughout 2024, 3 accidents occurred at crossing the Krasn through the fault of drivers of vehicles. Since the beginning of 2025 – already 3 accidents.

The Krasnoyarsk Railway recalls that only the responsible behavior of the drivers themselves and compliance with the rules of the road can completely solve the problem of such violations.
